Laibles Auto

I needed a brake job and tune up and Laibles came highly recommended so I gave them a try and couldn't be happier. Andy and his team were fair on pricing. Honest on telling me how much it would cost and welcomed me just like family. I love small businesses and great service. You really should give them a call. As Always, Enjoy!

My husband and I have brought our cars here for years after meeting Andy at church. We have moved since but still make the drive to get service when needed and not required to be done at the dealerships. I’ve even referred 6-8 families here over the years. We’ve always felt welcomed. I made an appointment and took a day off work to have my brakes replaced, and made the drive. Due to not having family close, I planned to have to stay for as long as it took and brought work along with me to be productive. However, when checking in and telling the older lady at the desk I’d need to sit and wait today, she rolled her eyes, slammed a stack of white slips down and blew out a rude sigh that smelled like an ashtray. I asked if I should try sometime else and told her I made the appointment ahead. She huffed a “no” then threw up her hands and stepped away mumbling under her breath in frustration that I didn’t have a ride. I was floored and so surprised to be treated this way over something so small—there are chairs in the area for waiting so I never dreamed my waiting would be so upsetting to them. I left without going through with the planned appointment. I am very sorry that the older man

I was told I needed a starter by AutoZone, I took my vehicle to Laibles to get one put in. Laibles assessed the car, Informed me that the starter was not the issue and gave an honest recommendation. Saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. 10/10 recommend their services and I can say they’ve gained a customer for life.

Laible's Auto Repair is hands-down one of the best places I’ve taken my car. Andy actually takes the time to explain what’s going on and doesn’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. All you have to do is tell Andy what’s up with your car and he will help. The work is solid, prices are fair, and they get things done quick. You can tell they actually care about doing it right the first time. My car’s been running perfect since I picked it up. Definitely going to be back.
